Normally a bloated Kelly Clarkson would be enough for one Fashion WTF? edition, but when we saw this recent shot of actress Mischa Barton, we couldn't help but think of Jack Skellington from "The Nightmare Before Christmas".

One fashion blogger wrote this week, "If a star can't afford a fashion stylist, she should probably just stay home." That's a little harsh, we're not saying a horribly dressed star can't go out, just... please don't go anywhere where we might have to look at you. Eeek!
