Hollywood Super Day

Today, April 5, is a super day in Hollywood, it's the birthday of three acting legends, and another Oscar winner.
.
Ruth Elizabeth Davis, better known as Bette, won two Oscars for Best Actress, 1935's "Dangerous" and 1938's "Jezebel". But was she ever better than as Baby Jane?

April 5 is also the birthday of Spencer Tracy, a two time Oscar winner for 1937's "Captains Courageous" and 1938's "Boys Town", becoming the first man to win the Best Actor trophy in back-to-back years.

And if that

wasn't enough Hollywood royalty to fill the birthday bill of April 5, it's also the birthday of another Oscar winner, Melvyn Douglas, here pictured with Paul Newman in Douglas's Academy Award-winning film, "Hud".
