Bon Temps is a Much Sadder Place

To anyone who's a fan of HBO's hit series, "True Blood", we don't have to tell you who this gorgeous guy is, but for the non-fangbangers, he's actor Mehcad Brooks, who played
"Eggs" in season two. Unfortunately, for some ungodly reason, Eggs was killed off at the end of season two. Alan Ball, have you lost your mind? Tara's not the only one crying her eyes out over his disappearance from Bon Temps. Remember his bare-naked love-making scene with Tara? My, oh my.
.
Anyway, like millions of Brooks' other fans, we're anxious to see where Mehcad will pop up next. He co-starred in the spring 2010 lawyer drama, "The Deep End", but it's already been cancelled. He's in a new movie that's currently in post-production, "Fencewalker", but it doesn't look like an A-List project, so don't look for it at your local multiplex. No, it looks like the next best place to find Mehcad will be in a new ABC dramedy premiering this fall called "My Generation" which is about a group of high school classmates ten years after graduation. Mehcad plays the
jock, so we're expecting, and hoping, there will be plenty of chances for scenes of Mehcad with his shirt off. Oh, come on, we're sure he's a fine actor, too, but with his shirt off... well, we're just saying.
.
Mehcad first came to our attention when he played for a season on "Desperate Housewives", and he recently had a stint as a Calvin Klein undermodel. Thank you, Calvin!
