A little bit of a surprise today. Ryan Seacrest announced on "Good Morning America" that, despite their hot and heavy romance, he and "girlfriend" Julianne Hough are not engaged. Really? But those two are so in love! We're shocked. But maybe not that shocked; it is still illegal for two girls to get married in California, right? Ka-Blam!
