Canadian-born actor Corey Haim, who had about 17 minutes of fame in the 1980's as a teen idol, has been found dead today in Los Angeles of an apparent drug overdose. Haim quickly shot to stardom in movies "Lucas", "Silver Bullet", "The Lost Boys" and "Murphy's Romance", but struggled for many years with drug addiction. Haim was also known for his friendship with another 80's teen star, Corey Feldman, at one point even starring in a reality t.v. show with Feldman called "The Two Coreys". Sadly, Haim will be remembered as another child star who couldn't handle his fame, or more accurately, couldn't handle his life when the fame went away.
