Prop 8's Last Stand?

Chief U.S. District Judge Vaughn Walker is expected to issue his ruling today on Prop 8, California's voter-approved ban on same-sex marriage. Walker's ruling will reflect his opinion on whether Prop 8 violates the U.S. Constitution by creating separate classes of people with different laws for each. Regardless of the ruling, both sides expect the case to be taken all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court. Hold your breath.
