We realized today that we haven't had a Page Six Guy in awhile, so we searched far and wide to find a really good one. Lo and behold, the heavens parted, and the 31 year-old Romanian model, Raul Popa, fell into our laps. Talk about winning the genetic lottery. This guy's got the chiseled jaw, the piercing eyes, the body and even that retro 70's, sexy body hair. Wow. Why hasn't Hollywood noticed this guy? Put this guy in the next "Sex and the City" movie; we know Samantha would go for him, but hell, he's so hot he could probably even make Charlotte's panties drop.
