One newspaper reviewer said the spectacle of all the women showering a fellow member of their sex with love and praise was a little too "Vagina Monologue-ish". Bingo. .
Another reviewer said the way the former winners stood in a half circle staring solemnly into the audience looked like a "star chamber about to banish an offender to the distant planet Zardon".
