Lindsey Lohan has just been sentenced to 90 days in jail for probation violation. The judge ordered that she serve 90 days, afterwhich she must enter into another rehab program. Superior Court Marsha Revel listened to Lohan's apology and explanation for missing seven court-ordered classes of an alchohol treatment program since December, but afterward stated that she found the apology insincere, comparing it to "somebody who cheats and thinks it isn't cheating if she doesn't get caught." Ouch. One report has already come forward, though, that the L.A. County Sheriff has stated that it is unlikely that Lohan will serve her entire 90 day sentence due to overcrowding at the jail.

Oh, Lindsey, here's to hoping that in jail you don't finally meet some real "mean girls".
