Do-Over's!

Today it was reported that Chief Justice Roberts and Pres. Obama got together and the Chief Justice administered the presidential oath of office to Pres. Obama again. Since Roberts bungled the first try on Inauguration Day, many thought it was prudent to do it one more time, just to make sure that everything was on the up and up. Now, you don't suppose Obama's people saw a day when the right-wing crazies of the Republican Party would try to claim that Obama wasn't really the legitimate President because he didn't take the Oath correctly do you? No, not those fun-loving, witch-hunting Republican's. Never.
.
News commentators mentioned that at least two other U.S. Presidents had taken the Oath twice. Actually, make that six other Presidents. For various reasons, Presidents Hayes, Arthur, Wilson, Coolidge, Eisenhower and Reagan all took at least one of their Oaths twice.
.
I know, I can already hear what some of you are thinking. Reagan had to take it twice because he didn't understand what it meant the first time, and while this may be true, the real reason was that Jan. 20, 1985 fell on a Sunday, so he took the first Oath in the White House on the 20th, with the public Inauguration held the next day with a second Oath.
