Oscars - 10:42

Eddie Murphy comes out to award the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award to Jerry Lewis. It's about time. The man has been hosting the telethon for muscular dystrophy since 1966. Jerry Lewis comes out looking pretty good, considering he's had recent health problems of his own. Actually, it's hard to believe he's 82. We grew up with his movies. It was nice of Murphy to acknowledge that every comedic actor working today owes a great deal to Jerry Lewis. That was one of the nicest moments of the show.
