Last night was the Creative Arts Emmy Awards, or as Kathy Griffin calls them, "The Schmemmys. The Creative Arts Emmys are technical awards, such as for lighting, editing, make-up, costumes and "less important" shows and talent awards, such as Best Reality Show Host. Kathy Griffin's show, "Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List", was nominated for Outstanding Reality Show, but sadly, she was beaten last night by Jamie Oliver's "Food Revolution". Don't worry, we'll hear all about it in Griffin's next stand-up act. Especially since Jamie Oliver's show is co-executive produced by Ryan Seacrest, who Griffin refers to as "Miss Seacrest". When the nominations were first announced, Griffin gave an interview to Entertainment Weekly and said, "I'm pitted against my archnemisis, Ryan Fucking Seacrest". We can't wait.
